We switch to UVerse today. Think I’ll just let everyone know from the experience of installing and first impressions of the service.

Installation runs smoothly, the tech arrived around 9:30 and left around 2:30, so all the days that have been installed. He very carefully and tested all the connections several times to ensure that no error signal, etc.

I do not live in South Windsor, but I have a friend who does not. He said he was getting U-Verse, so I help him pre-CAT5e to run all the TV and stop them right. I then show in the day to ensure the install tech to work correctly. Window provided 12-2, technology, called in 11:30 and said that he was on the road. Around 12:30 me and my friends dropped out of DSL dialtone. Dialtone which does not appear again later. Arrived around 12:40 in tech.

Finally, after waiting for three weeks to install techs here have a little late, but installwent fine and all works well. Now I can be a real couch potato U450 & 18mb internet. Pictures of them at this time to explain how his wife operate DVRs. I am in 32765 Oviedo off rt 426 (Geneva).

Services that have been installed in my home in the Wexford Club branch in Roswell. I only live in Jl Hardscrabble around half a mile from Roswell High School. Installation is a snap, because I was a former customer directv. Non-HD channels actually underhanded and better color than the crispness directv service non-HD. May be due to the fact that Uverse service set-up on the HDTV via HDMI cable as the connectors of the components that are required with the former directv / Video system. HD quality that is only short of the crispness that I received, with a roof-top mounted uncompreseed HD HD antenna for local channels. However, as expected. Have heard from reliable sources other than the HD quality superior to cable HD

1. The install itself.

The appointment was for Saturday 8-10 PM. Technology called around 8:30 advising me that arrived around 9, which he did. He showed up, I told him where and what (2 HD TVs in the U-200, plus the Elite Internet (6 / 1), and we still have a wireless computer network). Bottom line: it was done in about 2.5 hours, but he tried to pull some fast on us. First, he was having difficulties getting a signal on one of TV’s first two and he tried to blame us in the HDMI cable. When I explained that he has been working with the cable is only valid for the Comcast HD cable, it took another look and realized it was not given a Cisco box enough time to download the software for the initiation. He was ready to switch to component video cable, but I said to him I do not want that, plus the TV installed on the wall (in the drilled) it will be a real pain in the back (no punt intended!) just got Uverse installed yesterday (3/25/08). The first and most important I have to appreciate the AT & T tech. He is very good and courteous to my needs. That during this experience into one of the best tech yet! Anyway to the flesh, so far I love the features of this service. I love to have a picture in picture while surfing through the guide on the TV most of the features of any kind. Light fast channel changes are also welcome plus. The picture is probably because I do not stifler on it, but HD looks great IMO. Easy with the quality of the Dish Network with us at least.

TV picture is fantastic, and HD looks every bit as good as Time Warner. Installers are unbelievably good, professional and go the extra mile to make everything look fantastic in and outside the home.

AT & T called this morning at 8:00 to make sure we top. He ask me several questions about the DSL service at this time and then he says he will connect the line between us and we will be home in about 45mins later. He showed up about 9 and went to work.
