I found out that U-verse is available in our area in the valley of the factory! They’ve just extended through many cities, and plans to have more northern bays available. I’ve set up orders by phone, and to be honest, it was horrible. They never came.
I went to a beautiful new store in Corte Madera in the city center though, and it was amazing. Large stores, and have all the resources one could want, and the staff were very good. They set up an install for me, and also gave me back $ 100 more to sign up with them

I decided to switch from Comcast which is a big decision because I have become their customer (in one form or another) for about 15 years. Frankly, our house is designed to ATT U-verse because we have fiber to the location and not have to worry about being near the VRAD. I ordered IP phone service, U200 TV package with three additional recipients, and “Max” Internet service (12Mbps).

U-verse
Got U-verse internet and TV installed last Thursday and I want to give my views on the process of service to a date (although only 4 days worth). Installation is relatively quick and painless. I have a cat 5 already fled to the necessary locations so that Tech only need to install the AT & T on the outside of the box and setup the equipment inside.

Below experience from user :

Receiving a call on the morning in the install (today) at 08:030 PM installer shows he’s on the road and will arrive within 30 minutes. He, and after arrival, he surveyed my condo.

Below experience from user :

Overall, the installation went pretty smoothly, although the initial sub-optimal results. He showed up on time, and seemed to know what he did. He was a little pressed for time, and take some shortcuts to do the TV picture quality and performance, especially in HD. I will explain.

If you live in Lake Forest and can not AT & T’s TV service, sorry folks. It’s not coming anytime soon.
“I think we have some very productive meetings with the AT & T staff,” Robert L. Woodings, the city’s public works director said during an interview last week before. “I think there are some (permission) just pen Strokes refresh themselves after their deposits.”
